WHO ARE WE?
We are Israel’s first and finest manufacturers of delicious mochi ice cream, and we’ve come a long way to bring you a truly perfected ice cream treat.
Our story began in Venezuela and continues today here in Israel. Oki Daki was born out of the mind of one of a great pastry chef, Etty Benaim, and nurtured to life by her husband, Leon Cohen, and his daughter Becky Cohen. Like all great stories, it is held together by a common thread of compassion, love, and uncompromised vision. That passion and dedication are apparent in every bite of our famed mochi ice cream because our recipe was cultivated and perfected with the perseverance and the preciseness that only a true pastry chef possesses. Today, using that same homemade recipe we bring Oki Daki to you!
